Debodied originated from my Masters thesis. A long time ago. I tried to walk the border where known symbols lost their context en could be reused in a different context. And a context shift occured.

With Debodied, I try to do the exact same, but with humans. Get the body out of its context, lose the context of the image altogether and at the end, give it a new context.

Shoots are free and you'll get about 20 finished images after the shoot to thank you for being part of Debodied.

I work without manipulating the image afterwards. What you see is what you get. (nederlands)

Debodied ontstond uit het eindwerk van mijn Master-opleiding, lang geleden. Daar probeerde ik de grens af te wandelen waar bekende symbolen hun context verloren en iets anders werden. De context verplaatst werd.

Bij Debodied doe ik net hetzelfde, maar met mensen. Waarbij ik het lichaam uit zijn context haal, de context van het beeld helemaal verwijder en tot slotte het beeld een nieuwe context geef.

Shoots zijn gratis en je krijgt na de shoot rond de 20 afgewerkte beelden om je te bedanken dat je deel uitmaakte van Debodied.
